Susana Brooks, ND, owner of Hawthorn Naturopaths, graduated from John Bastyr University where she studied naturopathic medicine and nutrition. She later studied traditional Tibetan medicine and in 2007 underwent an initiation into Shamanic techniques in the Amazon. In these studies she become aware of some of the underlying principles in healing that altlhough may appear magical, have their basis in a very clear understanding of the nature of this universe.

Tim Edwards, L.Ac., acupucturist at Hawthorn Naturopaths, graduated from Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine in 1994. He works with people to achieve their health goals in a warm, compassionate environment.
